POSTUPAK:<br />
<br />
Pećnicu zagrijte na 180°C, a kalup za pečenje premažite margarinom. Jaja i šećer pjenasto umutite, pa postepeno dodavajte prosijano brašno, griz i prašak za pecivo (cimet i anis po želji). Zatim umješajte omekšali margarin, ribane jabuke, orašaste plodove i sušeno voće. Čokoladu isjeckajte na sitne komadiće pa lagano umješajte u smjesu. Pecite 50tak minuta (svakako provjerite čačkalicom prije nego izvadite). Ukrasite po želji! Ja sam napravila bijelu glazuru sa šećerom u prahu, bijelanjkom i malo limunovog soka.<br />

<b>Postupak:</b><br />

Za početak pećnicu zagrijte na 160C, a kalup promjera 18cm obložite papirom za pečenje. Bijelu čokoladu, maslac, mlijeko i šećer kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok se sastojci ne sjedine. Pustite da se smjesa ohladi 10 minuta. Brašno pomiješajte sa praškom za pecivo, bjelanjkom i žumanjcima. Postepeno dodavajte smjesu maslaca, mlijeka, bijele čokolade i šećera. Na kraju umiješajte i 1 žličicu ekstrakta vanilije. Stavite peći u pećnicu na 60 minuta (provjeravajte čačkalicom biskvit). Nakon što se biskvit ispekao, ostavite ga da se potpuno ohladi i pripremite kremu. Slatko vrhnje zakuhajte i prelijte preko bijele čokolade. Miješajte sve dok se čokolada potpuno ne otopi. Stavite hladiti pola sata u hladnjak (svakih 10 minuta promiješajte kremu da se ne stisne previše). Ukrasite biskvit sa kremom i pustite da se lijepo stisne u hladnjaku. Po želji dodatno dekorirajte!<br />

Pećnicu
zagrijte ma 180°C, a tepsiju 30x20 cm obložite papirom za pečenje. Jaja
odvojite na bjelanjke i žutanjke. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a
žutanjke zajedno sa šećerom, vanilinim šećerom, medom i limunovom
koricom izmiksajte pjenasto. Postpeno dodavajte brašno zajedno sa
praškom za pecivo te na kraju ulje i mlijeko. Na kraju lagano špatulom
umiješajte snijeg od bjelanjaka i pecite 20 - 25 min (provjerite
čackalicom). Biskvit pustite da se ohladi, a čokolaldu za kuhanje,
mlijeko i maslac stavite na laganu vatru da zakuha. Biskvit izrežite na
željene oblike, uronite u čokoladni umak te uvaljate u kokos. Dobar
tek! </div>

Kalup
promjera 19cm obložite papirom za pečenje, a od navedenih sastojaka za
podlogu sa keksima napravite jednoličnu smjesu (isto kao za cheesecake).
Dobivenu smjesnu istapkajte prstima po kalupu i ostavite u hladnjaku da
se stiane dok pripremate nadjev sa čokoladom. Pećnicu zagrijte na
180°C. Jaja odvojite na bjelanjke i žumanjke. Žumanjke zajedno sa
šećerom i ekstraktom vanilije izmiksajte pjenasto, a bjelanjke zajedno
sa prstohvatom soli istucite u čvrsti snijeg. Maslac, čokoladu i vodu
otopite na pari i dodajte smjesi žumanjaka i šećera. Postepeno smjesi
dodavajte suhe sastojke: brašno, sodu bikarbonu, prašak za pecivo i
kakao. Lagano miksajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Dodajte žličicu jake kave,
a slatko vrhnje istucite u čvrsti šlag i, zajedno sa snijegom od
bjelanjaka, umješajte u smjesu. Izlijte po podlozi sa keksima i stavite
peći 50-60 minuta. Nakon što se torta ispekla, slatko vrhnje zagrijte do
vrenja, prelijte preko čokolade i napravite čokoladni preljev. Prelijte
preko torte i stavite na hlađenje. Za to vrijeme napravite puslice.
Bjelanjke sa prstohvatom soli istucite u snijeg od bjelanjaka. Postepeno
dodavajte šećer i na kraju, etstrakt vanilije. Miksajte sve dok se
šećer ne otopi. Šlastičarskom špricom napravite puslice i pecite 1h na
120°C. Ukrasite tortu puslicama po želji. Dobar tek! </div>

<b>Postupak:</b><br />
Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tijesto. Po potrebi dodajte 1 do 2 žlice hladne vode (ako je tijesto presuho) ili malo brašna (ako ne možete formirati kuglu od tijesta). Dobivenu kuglu zamotajte u prozirnu foliju i stavite u hladnjak na min. 1 sat da se lijepo stisne. Pećnicu zagrijte na 180C, a tijesto podijelite na par loptica, svaku lopticu izvaljajte tanko te oblikujte kalupima razne oblike (u pećnici će narasti). Pecite 8 minuta te ih pustite da se ohlade.<br />
Za glazuru bjelanjak istucite ali ne prečvrsto. Postepeno dodavajte šećer u prahu i na kraju limunov sok. Dobit ćete vrlo gustu smjesu. Ja sam probušila malu rupicu na običnoj kuhinjskoj vrećici koju koristim za zamrzivanje te u nju stavila smjesu i iscrtavala keksiće. Dodatno sam ih ukrasila sa komadićima bijele i tamne čokolade i oraha.<br />
Preporučam da odmah udvostručite smjesu jer nestaju za tren!!!<br />

<b>Postupak:</b><br />
Čokoladu zajedno sa maslacem otopite na pari i pustite da se ohladi. Jaja zajedno sa šećerom i vanilija šećerom izmiksajte pjenasto. Lagano dodavajte smjesu čokolade i maslaca te brašno zajedno sa praškom za pecivo i soli. Sve dobro izmješajte rukama pa stavite u hladnjak na 3 sata minimalno da se smjesa dobro stisne.<br />
Nakon što ste izvadili smjesu iz hladnjaka, pećnicu zagrijte na 180C, a pleh za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje. Malom žličicom vadite smjesu, oblikujte loptice među dlanovima i uvaljate ih dobro u šećer u prahu (neka se dobro zabijele). Slažite na pleh i pecite 10 minuta. Bit će dosta mekani po izlasku iz pećnice zato ih pustite da se ohlade. 450 g smrznutog šumskog voća<br />
40 g šećera<br />
1 vanilija šećer<br />

2 žlice gustina (sa malo tople vode)<br />

<b>Priprema:</b><br />
Pećnicu zagrijte na 160°C, a kalup Ø19cm premažite maslacem.
Bjelanjke zajedno sa prstohvatom soli miksajte dok ne dobijete čvrsti
snijeg od bjelanjaka. Postepeno dodavajte šećer i vanilija šećer. Nakon što smjesa bjelanjaka i šecera postane glatka pod prstima, dodajte
joj ulje i tekući jogurt. Na kraju pjenjačom umiješajte prosijano oštro
brašno, prašak za pecivo, kakao i cimet. Ja sam pekla svaki biskvit
posebno. Smjesu sam podjelila na 3 dijela i svaki dio pekla 20ak minuta. Biskvite pustite da se ohlade, a za to vrijeme napravite kreme. Za kremu od tamne čokolade slatko vrhnje izmiksajte u čvrsti šlag. U
njega umiješajte Mascarpone sir, a tamnu čokoladu sa malo slatkog vrhnja
otopite na pari. Nakon što se čokolada ohladila, umiješajte je lagano u
smjesu sira i šlaga te ostavite u hladnjaku dok se biskviti hlade. Šumsko voće zajedno sa šecerom i žlicom limunovog soka lagano kuhajte
dok ne omekša. Potom ga sa štapnim mikserom usitnite, dodajte mu gustin
koji ste prethodno razmutili sa malo tople vode i kuhajte na laganoj
vatri dok se na zgusne. Kremu ostavite da se hladi na sobnoj
temperaturi. Nakon što su se biskviti ohladili, slijedi slaganje. Kreme
podijelite na 3 dijela. Ja sam na biskvit prvo mazala kremu od šumskog
voca pa kremu od čokolade. Postupak ponovite 3 puta. Ukrasite šlagom i
pustite da se ohladi preko noći. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a žutanjke zajedno sa šećerom i vanilija šećerom izmutite pjenasto. Maslac zajedno sa mlijekom i narančinim sokom otopite lagano na pari te dodajte žutanjcima. Postepeno dodavajte smjesu brašna, kakaa, cimeta i praška za pecivo te izmiksajte. Na kraju umješajte snijeg od bjelanjaka te čokoladu koju ste prethodno isjeckali na komadiće. Pecite 50 minuta i ostavite da se skroz ohladi. Za glazuru otopite 100 g čokolade zajedno sa 2 žlice maslaca i prelijte preko kuglofa. Dobar tek!<br />

250 grama Digestive keksa<br />
75 grama šećera<br />
90 grama omekšalog maslaca<br />

<b>Postupak:</b><br />
<br />Pećnicu zagrijte na 180<span class="st">°C, a kalup za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje. Od navedenih sastojaka zamjesite podlogu te je prstima istapkajte po kalupu u kojem ćete peći cheesecake. Pecite 15 minuta pa zatim smanjite temperaturu pećnice na 160</span><span class="st"><span class="st">°C. </span></span><br />
<span class="st"><span class="st">Dok se podloga peče, zamjesite nadjev. Sirni namaz i kiselo vrhnje lagano izmješajte špatulom, pa im dodajte jaja zajedno sa šećerom koja ste prethodno umutili pjenasto. Kompot zajedno sa limunovim sokom izmiksajte sa štapnim mikserom. Nadjev izlijte po podlozi te po nadjevu prosarajte smjesu kompota i limunovog soka, Pecite 30 minuta na 160</span></span><span class="st"><span class="st"><span class="st">°C</span> te obavezno pustite da se ohladi! sjedine (slobodno možete dodati i manje šećera po želji). Dodajte jaje i mlijeko pa opet lagano izmiksajte. Na kraju
dodajte sve suhe sastojke i lagano miksajte 2-3 minute. Jabuke izrežite
na ploškice pa poredajte po tijestu (ja sam pekla u kalupu za pite, a
inače se može peći u bilo kojem okruglom kalupu). Kalup obavezno
premažite maslacem. Pecite 10 min na 170°C, a zatim smanjite temperaturu
na 150°C i pecite još 40tak minuta dok pita ne poprimi zlatnu boju.

Postupak:</h4>
Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tijesto te ga stavite u zamrzivač na 30 minuta (dobro ga zamijesite kako bi tijesto bilo jednolično bez grudica). Ohlađeno tijesto prstima istapkajte po kalupu za pite (može bilo kakav kalup) i izbodite ga vilicom. Dok se pećnica grije na 180C, stavite tijesto ponovno u zamrzivač. Pecite 30tak minuta dok ne dobije zlatnožutu boju. Dok se tijesto peče, napravite kremu. Žumanjke dobro izmiksajte sa šećerom i vanilijinim ekstraktom. Lagano u
smjesu dodavajte brašno, a mlijeko stavite da zakuha te mu postepeno
dodavajte smjesu sa žumanjcima. Mješajte pjenjačom dok se krema ne
zgusne. Kremu ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi pa umješajte omekšali
maslac. Preko ispečenog tijesta premažite kremu te ukrasite sa jagodama i
borovnicama. Brzo i fino! Uživajte!<br />

Postupak:</h4>

Pećnicu zagrijte na 200<span>°C</span>,
a protvan premažite uljem i pospite oštrim brašnom. Jaje izmiksajte
pjenasto zajedno sa uljem i šećerom te ekstraktom vanilije. Dodajte
brašno, prašak za pecivo i mlijeko. Lagano sa špatulom umješajte ribanu
mrkvu i limunovu koricu. Pecite 25-30 minuta. Nakon što je biskvit
pečen, ostavite ga da se hladi na sobnoj temperaturi. Za to vrijeme
napravite nadjev od bjelanjaka. Bjelanjke zajedno sa soli istucite u
čvrsti snijeg. Snijegu od bjelanjaka dodajte šećer te sve zajedno na
pari pjenjačom tucite 10 minuta. Na kraju dodajte limunov sok. Premažite
preko biskvita i ukrasite čokoladnim mrvicama. Od navedenih sastojaka zamjesite tijesto i pustite ga da se diže 40 minuta u zatvorenoj vrećici (ova količina tijesta je dovoljna za 3 okrugle srednje pizze). Postupak:</h4>
Jaja, cijeđeni narančin sok i šećer izmiksajte pjenasto. Lagano umješajte omekšali maslac, brašno, sodu bikarbonu, ekstrakt vanilije, narančinu koricu, prstohvat soli i med. Nakon što ste dobili
jednoličnu smjesu, rukama umješajte brusnice i nasjeckane bademe (brusnice prethodno namočite u toploj vodi i dobro osušite). Smjesu pokrijte folijom i stavite u hladnjak 45-50
minuta da se stisne. Pećnicu zagrijte na 180C, a tepsiju obložite
papirom za pečenje. Oblikujte kuglice veličine oraha, stavite ih na
tepsiju pa potisnite rukama. Pecite 10-12 minuta. Nakon
pečenja keksi će biti mekani, stoga ih pustite da se ohlade i spremite u
limene posude. Uživajte!

<i>Kako sam neku večer pripremala pizzu, ostalo mi je šampinjona koje sam morala iskoristiti. Odlučila sam napraviti ukusnu galette sa šampinjonima uz dodatak posnog sira, mozzarelle te domaćeg ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja. Postupak:</h4>
Maslac, koji mora biti hladan (nikako na sobnoj temperaturi), izrežite
na listiće i utrljajte u brašno kojem ste prethodno dodali sol. Dodajte sve ostale sastojke i zamjesite tijesto, zamotajte ga u foliju te stavite u hladnjak na 30 minuta dok pripremate nadjev. Posni sir pomješajte sa kiselim vrhnjem, parmezanom i maslinovim uljem. Smjesi dodajte prstohvat soli i papra te malo nasjeckanog češnjaka i bosiljka. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200C. Ohlađeno tijesto izvadite iz hladnjaka te ga razvaljajte na pobrašnjenoj
podlozi. Premjestite tijesto na podložak na koji ste prethodno stavili
papir za pečenje (ja sam koristila donji dio okruglog kalupa za torte). Na tijesto lagano žlicom nanesite smjesu od sira, ostavljajući oko 2-3 cm praznog prostora na rubovima. Na smjesu raspodjelite nasjeckane šampinjone i preko njih komadiće mozzarelle. Rubove tijesta premažite sa razmućenim žumanjcima i pospite sa malo sezama. Pecite 30-40 minuta, a nakon što se ispeče, ostavite da se ohladi. <i>Ovo je definitivno moja najbolja torta koju sam ikad napravila. Okus čokolade i šumskog voća uz dodatak karamele je nešto neopisivo dobro. Čokoladni biskvit sam pekla u loncu promjera 18 cm (nisam imala manji kalup, pa sam improvizirala) i podjelila ga na četiri dijela. </i></h2>

Postupak:</h4>
Za početak zagrijte pećnicu na 175C, a okrugli lonac promjera 18cm obložite papirom
za pečenje. Prvo napravite smjesu za tamni biskvit. Jaja odvojite na
bjelanjke i žumanjke. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a žumanjke
zajedno sa omekšalim maslacem i šećerom izmiksajte pjenasto. Smjesi
dodajte mlijeko i vodu te postepeno dodajite prosijano brašno zajedno sa
kakaom, prašakom za pecivo, sodom bikarbonom i soli. Na kraju lagano sa
špatulom umješajte i čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka. Smjesu za tamni
biskvit stavite peći 60min (provjerite čačkalicom). Biskvit ostavite da se ohladi, a za to vrijeme napravite kreme. Prvo napravite kremu od karamele. Stavite kuhati šećer zajedno sa vodom na jaku vatru u jednu posudu, a u drugu posudu stavite kuhati vrhnje za šlag. Kuhajte vodu i šećer sve dok smjesa ne poprimi zlatno žutu boju. Kipuće vrhnje za šlag ulijte u smjesu vode i šećera te dodajte maslac. Sve dobro izmješajte na laganoj vatri. Kad su se sastojci sjedinili, ostavite kremu od karamele da se hladi u hladnjak. Nakon što se krema ohladi, miksajte je 5-6 minuta mikserom dok se ne zgusne i ne pobijeli. Zatim radite kremu od tamne čokolade. Vrhnje za šlag zajedno sa medom stavite kuhati na srednje jaku vatru dok ne provrije. Prelijte preko tamne čokolade te lagano špatulom mješajte dok se sastojci ne sjedine. Kremu od tamne čokolade stavite u hladnjak da se lijepo stisne. Na kraju napravite kremu od šumskog voća. Sve sastojke stavite kuhati na laganoj vatri 10ak minuta dok tekućina ne ispari. Pustite da se smjesa ohladi pa dodatno usitnite sa štapnim miskerom. Nakon što se biskvit ohladio, maknite mu neravni gornji sloj te ga izrežite četiri dijela (najbolje ga je rezati nožem za kruh). Na prvi biskvit stavite kremu od karamele. Preklopite drugim biskvitom i premažite ga 1/3 kreme od tamne čokolade. Preklopite trećim biskvitom i premažite ga kremom od šumskog voća. Preklopite ga četvrtim biskvitom i sve premažite ostatkom kreme od tamne čokolade. Tortu izvana ukrasite po želji i uživajte u najsavršenijem okusu! Postupak:</h4>
Maslac i šećer izmiksajte pjenasto. Lagano umješajte jaje i vanilin ekstrakt te brašno, sol, sodu bikarbonu i gustin. Nakon što ste dobili jednoličnu smjesu, lagano umješajte čokoladu narezanu na komadiće i usitnjene bademe. Smjesu pokrijte folijom i stavite u hladnjak 45-50 minuta da se stisne. Pećnicu zagrijte na 180C, a tepsiju obložite papirom za pečenje. Oblikujte kuglice veličine oraha, stavite ih na tepsiju obloženu papirom za pečenje pa potisnite rukama (što su Vam keksići tanji, biti će puno više hrskaviji). Pecite 9-10 minuta. Nakon pečenja keksi će biti mekani, stoga ih pustite da se ohlade i spremite u limene posude. zamjesite od navedenih sastojaka, zamotajte u foliju i stavite u hladnjak na 1-2 sata da se dobro stisne. U međuvremenu napravite kremu za nadjev. Slatko vrhnje, bademovo mlijeko, šećer i prašak za puding stavite kuhati dok se smjesa ne zgusne. Maknite sa vatre i pokrijte folijom te pustite da se ohladi. Postupak:</h4>
Za početak zagrijte pećnicu na 175C, a okruglu tepsiju obložite papirom za pečenje. Prvo napravite smjesu za tamni biskvit. Jaja odvojite na bjelanjke i žumanjke. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a žumanjke zajedno sa omekšalim maslacem i šećerom izmiksajte pjenasto. Smjesi dodajte mlijeko i vodu te postepeno dodajite prosijano brašno zajedno sa kakaom, prašakom za pecivo, sodom bikarbonom i soli. Na kraju lagano sa špatulom umješajte i čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka. Smjesu za tamni biskvit stavite peći 35-40 min (provjerite čačkalicom). Nakon što se biskvit ohladi, prerežite ga na pola da dobijete dva biskvita (gornji dio biskvita uvijek stavljajte na dno torte). Za svijetli biskvit žumanjak pjenasto izmiksajte zajedno sa šećerom i maslacem. Smjesi dodajte mlijeko pa opet izmikasjte. Polako dodajite brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol i na kraju lagano sa špatulom umješajte čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjka. Pecite 25-30 min (provjerite čačkalicom) i nakon što se ispeče, pustite ga da se ohladi. U međuvremenu pripremite čokoladne kreme. Svaku čokoladu posebno otopite na pari sa 30 ml vrhnja za šlag. Ostatak vrhnja istucite u čvrsti šlag te mu dodajte mascarpone sir. Smjesu podjelite na tri dijela i u svaki dodajte ohlađenu čokoladu. Nakon toga slijedi slaganje: prvo sam stavila tamni biskvit pa preko njega, kremu od tamne čokolade, zatim svijetli biskvit i preko njega smjesu od mliječne čokolade, i na kraju ponovno tamni biskvit i smjesu od bijele čokolade (s njom sam premazala cijelu tortu). Dodatno sam je još ukrasila sa šlagom, a vi možete slobodno pustiti mašti na volju. vatru i pokrijte poklopcom. Žumanjak i šećer miksajtre dok smjesa ne
posvijetli. Ponovno upalite vatru ispod posude sa vrhnjem te dodajite
jednu po jednu žlicu vrhnja u smjesu žumanjka i šećera (radite polako da vam
se žumanjak ne skuha) i kuhajte 3 minute na laganoj vatri. Maknite
kremu sa vatre i dodajte sitno nasjeckanu čokoladu. Na kraju umješajte omekšali maslac, burbon vanilin šećer i kokos. Izlijte preko ohlađenog pečenog tijesta i pustite da se tamni nadjev skroz ohladi. Za pripremu bijelog nadjeva stavite kuhati 100 ml slatkog vrhnja. Nakon što slatko vrhnje provrije, prelijte ga preko izlomljene bijele čokolade, a od ostatka slatkog vrhnja izradite čvrsti šlag. Ohlađenu smjesu slatkog vrhnja i bijele čokolade lagano umješajte u čvrsti šlag te prelijte preko tamnog nadjeva. Ukrasite sa isjeckanim lješnjacima i stavite hladiti preko noći. Postupak:</h4>
Pećnicu zagrijte na 180C, a tepsiju premažite uljem. Razdvojite žumanjke od bjelanjaka, dodajte im šećer i mlijeko pa izmiksajte pjenasto. Smjesi dodajte ulje, prosijano brašno i prašak za pecivo te lagano mješajte. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg pa sa špatulom lagano umješajte u smjesu. Podjelite smjesu na dva jednaka dijela. U jedan dio dodajte kakao i instant kavu pomiješanu sa malo tople vode pa izlijte u pećnicu i stavite peći 10 minuta. Za to vrijeme napravite nadjev. Kokos, brašno, mlijeko i šećer stavite kuhati na srednje jaku vatru uz neprestano miješanje. Nakon 5 minuta smjesa će postajati sve gušća i gušća. Maknite je sa vatre, a iz pećnice izvadite sad već pečeni biskvit. Preko njega izlijte nadjev, a preko nadjeva drugi dio smjese za biskvit. Pecite sve dok biskvit ne počne dobivati zlato žutu boju, nekih 15-20 minuta. Ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi. Na vrh možete staviti glazuru od čokolade. 100 grama čokolada rastopite sa 2 žlice mlijeka i 20 grama maslaca. Prelijte preko kolača i pospite kokosom. Postupak:</h4>
Za početak napravite nadjev. Od smjese šećera u prahu i nutelle oblikujte male loptice (ja sam radila veće kekse pa sam napravila 14 loptica). Jaje, šećer i burbon vanilija šećer izmiksajte pjenasto te dodajte maslac i mlijeko. U smjesu umješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo, prstohvat soli i kakao. Oblikujte glatko tijesto te ga razvaljate na 0,5 cm debljine. Izrežite kvadrate i u svaki kvadrat stavite lopticu nutelle. Oblikujte velike loptice i slažite ih na tepsiju koju ste prethodno obložili papirom za pečenje. Svaku lopticu potisnite i pospite je sa mljevenim lješnjacima, bademima ili što već volite. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200C i pecite 17minuta. <span class="ingredient_title block g_h_2">Pomiješajte brašno, šećer, suhi kvasac, limunovu koricu i prstohvat soli u jednu posudu. Maslac otopite u toplom mlijeku i dodajte u posudu sa brašnom te zamijesite tijesto. Tijesto ostavite na toplom mjestu da se diže 1-1:30 h. Za nadjev pomješajte mljevene orahe sa medom, cimetom, vanilinim šećerom, limunovom koricom i rumom te sve prelijte sa kipućim mlijekom. Nadjev ne smije biti ni prerijedak ni presuh (korica će se onda odvajati od nadjeva). Nakon što se tijesto diglo, podijelite ga na dva jednaka dijela te ga razvaljajte u pravilan pravokutnik dužine tepsije u kojoj pečete (debljina tijesta je 1 cm). Ravnomjerno raspodjelite nadjev po obje polovice tijesta. Po želji možete nadjev posuti i sa grožđicama koje su prethodno namočene u toploj vodi. Na tepsiju postavite papir za pečenje, a tijesto zarolajte u štruce te prebacite na tepsiju. Štruce pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom mjestu jos 40 minuta da se dižu. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200C. Prije nego orahnjače stavite peći, premažite ih sa razmućenim jajetom te na temperaturi od 200C pecite 15 minuta. Zatim temperaturu smanjite na 170C i pecite Vaše orahnjače jos 30 minuta.</span>

Postupak:</h4>
Za početak klementine stavite kuhati zajedno sa korom sve dok voda ne iskuha. Zatim ih dobro operite i ponovno stavite kuhati u novu vodu 30-40 minuta. Pustite ih da se ohlade, a pećnicu zagrijte na 180C. Klementine usitnite sa štapnim mikserom, a jaja odvojite na bjelanjke i žumanjke. Žumanjke pjenasto izmiksajte zajedno sa medom i šećerom, a bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg. Žumanjcima postupno dodavajte palentu, mljevene bademe, prašak za pecivo i usitnjene klementine. Na kraju lagano umješajte i čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka. Na kalup za pečenje postavite papir za pečenje i izlijte dobivenu smjesu. Pecite 30-40 minuta dok kolač ne dobije lijepu zlatno žutu boju.
